Specialist in the operation, diagnostics, and management of highways.
Since 2017, he has been working at JSC «KazDorNII», where he holds the position of Chief Specialist in the Road Inventory and Diagnostics Department.

He holds a Master’s degree in «Transport Organization and Vehicle Operation» (L.B. Goncharov Kazakh Automobile and Road Institute). He regularly enhances his qualifications, including in video-based road inventory systems and the application of modern software solutions in the transport sector.

He has practical experience in the inspection of highways and engineering structures (bridges, overpasses, culverts), assessment of their technical condition, as well as in the calculation of pavement structures and roadbed foundations. He is involved in the design of Category III highways.

He participates in the development and implementation of digital solutions in urban road network management and bridge operation systems. He contributes to the development of regulatory and technical documents (RK standards) in the field of engineering structures.

He is proficient in applying the international iRAP methodology for road infrastructure safety assessment. He has skills in engineering calculations, data analysis, and modern digitalization tools in the road sector.
