In order to identify and attract talented youth to the public administration system, it is planned to launch the next third selection for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

From September 1 on the website pkrezerv.gov.kz the reception of applications to the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve will begin. Acceptance of documents will last until September 30 of this year.

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan not older than 35 years, with higher education, proficient in the state language with a certificate of at least B1 level and a total work experience of at least 5 years can take part in the selection.

This year, the selection will be carried out in the following areas:

Infrastructure development, industry and trade policy

Agro-industrial complex and environmental protection

Foreign policy and investment

Economic and financial policy

Digitalization

Social policy and civil society.

The selection consists of 6 stages.

Submission of documents

Assessment of candidates' abilities to work with textual and numerical information

Assessment of the ability to solve situational problems

Competence assessment (Assessment center and HR interview)

Interview with the expert commission

Meeting of the National Commission

As a result, 50 candidates will be selected for the reserve. The announcement of the winners will take place in December of this year"
