The Unified Base of road-building materials and new technologies (Rcmbase@qazjolgzi.kz) has a list of modern machines and mechanisms. The digital catalog will include all new and innovative machines and mechanisms for road construction, used today by Kazakhstani organizations.

"The use of modern machinery and equipment directly affects the quality of work, safety during construction and comfort of road construction participants. Therefore, we intend to collect all information about the existing fleet of road construction machinery in the country: rollers, asphalt pavers, concrete pavers and other machines manufactured in the period since 2000. Registration of your mechanism and modern machine in the Base is absolutely free, it is only necessary to register, choose a suitable one in the Application section and attach a photo and a technical passport with an indication of the organization and contacts", - explains Meiramgul Kabdygalieva, Director of the Department of Road Construction Materials and New Technologies of KazdorNII.

The obtained data will allow to analyze the relevance of method statements, estimated norms, as well as regulations on classical and new technologies of road repair and construction, safety equipment.

In addition, the new register will make it possible to timely update prices in special collections for determining the estimated cost of average, current repair and maintenance of roads.

The new subsection will be the seventh register of the Unified Base of road construction materials and new technologies. Rcmbase@qazjolgzi.kz already has registers of new technologies, asphalt-concrete plants, accredited laboratories and technical means of road safety, cement and mineral powder producers. In addition, the IT system has a GIS-map of asphalt-concrete plants, sand and stone quarries, which allows builders and designers to quickly and without intermediaries to find the nearest manufacturer of construction materials with the most suitable product quality, a GIS-map of experimental sections, where at the present time the most suitable quality of products is available.

The Unified Base was created to increase transparency in road construction, in particular, in the selection of construction materials for road construction and repair.
