This year, for the first time on behalf of the Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Transport, KazdorNII conducted a comprehensive inspection of asphalt concrete plants throughout the country. With the beginning of the new road construction season, the production of asphalt concrete mixtures has started actively.

The main points of the inspection: Types of plants and capacities: Various types of plants, their production capacities and technical equipment are analyzed.

Mix quality: All factors affecting the quality of the asphalt concrete mix have been checked, including the calibration of dispensers, the condition of thermometers and sieves.

New regulatory document: A departmental document has been developed to improve the efficiency of factories, which will become an important tool for all employees of factories.

Inspection results: Problematic plants: Plants that do not meet quality standards, with outdated equipment or lack of necessary certificates have received an order and are obliged to correct all defects within 20 days. Reference manufacturers: Several plants have demonstrated full compliance with the requirements and received the highest rating.
