Kazakhstan Road Research Institute (KazdorNII) is hosting a meeting of the Technical Committee of the World Road Association PIARC on "Winter Road Maintenance".

• Qualifications and resources for winter maintenance - finding solutions to overcome the skills shortage in the industry;
• Integrating New Technologies - gathering and sharing information on current winter maintenance technologies and strategies;
• Updating the Snow and Ice Data Book - updating the 2022 edition, adding case studies, and preparing an online version;
• Winter maintenance in urban areas - exploring innovative solutions for megacities and large population centers.
