One of the priority activities of “KazDorNII” JSC is consulting on project management (PMC) on projects implemented by the Committee for Roads of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and “NC “KazAvtoZhol” JSC financed by International Financial Institutions.

As part of this work, the Institute provides technical assistance directly related to and aimed at the successful and timely completion of the project, including in solving social and environmental issues, as well as issues related to ensuring and complying with the requirements of the organization of safe traffic.

Such projects are implemented in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the FIDIC contracts. So, today the PMC of the Institute is involved in projects for the development of roads of the “Center-South” corridor: “Kapshagay-Kurty” section, km 0-67.
