📌 As part of the implementation of the Head of State's instructions, announced in the Address “Fair Kazakhstan: Law and Order, Economic Growth and Public Optimism,” comprehensive work is underway in Kazakhstan to digitize the road industry, introduce advanced international standards, and create intelligent management systems.
💬 According to Arman Alibayev, President of KazDorNII JSC, new approaches to construction and control are being introduced to improve the quality and durability of road surfaces. Six standards have been developed for Superpave technology, which is successfully used in more than 120 countries around the world.
At the same time, a Unified Base of road construction materials has become mandatory for all market participants, guaranteeing the use of only proven components.
“All participants in the road construction process must use only tested materials from quarries and asphalt plants. In this database, all materials have their own laboratory indicators and recommendations on the natural, climatic, and geological conditions in which they should be used,” said Arman Alibayeva.
💻 A significant project in the field of digitalization is the creation of the “E-Zholdary” intelligent platform, which integrates all digital developments in the road sector. At the same time, a national road safety strategy based on the “Vision Zero” principle is being developed, aimed at reducing mortality. Attention is being paid to the implementation of the Head of State's instructions to address the challenge of the shortage of personnel. To this end, a unified qualification database, Jolshy, has been created.
“The annual demand for personnel in the industry is about 2,000 specialists. About 800 grants have already been allocated, and 600 students have received them. This will contribute to the influx of young personnel into the road industry,” concluded the president of “KazDorNII” JSC.
