Under the chairmanship of Vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ablaliev Satzhan Aitenovich, a meeting of the Public Council of Road Workers under the Ministry of Transport was held at the site of KazdorNII JSC to discuss problems related to providing road reconstruction and repair facilities with high-quality road bitumen.

The meeting was attended by the leadership of KazdorNIA, KazAvtoZhol, the National Center for Quality of Road Assets, the World Road Association PIARC, the Association of Road Builders of Kazakhstan, as well as design and contracting organizations.

The experts discussed the problems and solutions for the uninterrupted supply of bitumen to the company's contractors during the construction season, the creation of additional infrastructure for the acceptance and storage of this raw material, its quality and pricing. As a result, it was decided to develop a roadmap for a comprehensive solution to these issues.

In addition, the results of inspections of asphalt concrete plants conducted by representatives of KazdorNII JSC and NCKDA were discussed, as well as the pilot implementation in pilot projects of the results of research under the Superpave program obtained by scientists of KazdorNII JSC.

As part of the meeting, an agreement was signed on the entry of the Association of Legal Entities "Association of Road Builders of Kazakhstan" into associate members of the National Committee of the World Road Association "PIARC" in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
