From June 9 to 26, 2025, third-year students majoring in Transport Construction at Satbayev University are completing an internship at the Kazakhstan Road Research Institute.

The internship began with a briefing on health and safety. Students familiarized themselves with the main regulatory documents of the road industry, including the National Standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan (ST RK) and Building Norms of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SN RK).

During laboratory classes, trainees studied standard methods for determining the physical and mechanical properties of road construction materials. Under the guidance of qualified specialists, they participated in tests of gravel, bitumen, asphalt concrete, and soils.
