Employees of the Kazakhstan Road Research Institute attended a training seminar on “Explanation of the Rules for Informing Employees about Facts or Possible Violations of Anti-Corruption Legislation.”
The aim of the seminar was to foster a culture of prevention among the Institute's employees, as each employee plays a key role in preventing corruption and directly influences the organization's external image.
The seminar presented possible violations in the implementation of official duties and responsibilities, which employees of the Company can report through the following channels:
- Internal reporting: Compliance Officer, structural managers; higher management;
- Confidential reporting line: use of the Company's existing reporting and confidential line to report violations by calling 72-98-32;
- Contacting the authorized anti-corruption authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Call center at 1424.
Employees were also familiarized with the Rules of Conduct for the Detection of Corruption Violations and warned about the responsibility for false reporting or submission of distorted information in accordance with the legislation in effect in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
