Under the chairmanship of Vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ablaliyev Satzhan Aitenovich a regular meeting of the Public Council of road builders under the Ministry of Transport was held on the site of JSC “KazdorNII”.

As part of the work of the public council, the issues of reforming and updating the standard technical documentation of the road industry, as well as the use of anthropogenic and industrial waste in road construction were discussed.

The meeting was attended by the executives of “KazdorNII”, “QazAvtoJol”, “National Center for the Quality of Road Assets”, the PIARC (World Road Association), the Association of Road Builders of Kazakhstan, as well as contractors and design organizations.

As a reminder, on behalf of the Ministry of Transport “KazdorNII” is working on updating the regulatory framework and the development of new standards that comply with modern requirements. These standards will utilize new technologies, digital products and innovative mechanisms, which will make the introduction of modern approaches in the design, construction and maintenance of highways possible.
