Biography

 In 1982, she entered the Ust-Kamenogorsk Road Construction Institute for the evening department, which she successfully graduated in 1988.

She began her career at the Soyuzdornii Kazfilial (currently KazdorNII JSC) after graduating from school in 1975. She worked her way up from a laboratory assistant to the head of a Testing Laboratory (laboratory assistant, senior laboratory assistant, engineer, engineer of the II category, engineer of the I category, leading engineer, chief specialist, head of the Testing Laboratory).

She was responsible for quality control of materials and works during the construction and repair of airfields, roads and city streets (the Astana-Shchuchinsk highway, the Astana International Airport airfield, the Western Europe-Western China International Transit Corridor, the gr. RF highway (to Samara) -Shymkent via Uralsk, Aktobe, Kyzylorda"; city streets of Almaty, Astana in accordance with state, European and American standards;

Participated in scientific and technical support for the construction of experimental sites for the use of new materials and technologies (work with foreign companies "Shel" (Canada), "Dupont" (USA), "Mitsubishi Corporation" (Japan), "JRS" (Germany).

From 2011 to 2018, she monitored the cements used in the construction and repair of highways;

Harmonized national standards (ST RK) have been developed for asphalt concrete mixtures (technical specifications), for soils (test methods), recommendations for cements.

Since 2003, I have been engaged in the Accreditation of the testing laboratory (IL). IL has been accredited 5 times during this period. It is accredited not only in the national accreditation system, but also by the International Accreditation Organization ILAC.

I am developing internal regulatory documents of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories".

I transfer my knowledge and experience to young employees of the testing laboratory and specialists of the road industry who took advanced training courses on the topic "Quality control of road construction materials".
